Imagine living in a luxurious villa built in the 18 century showing you the life of a noble Dubrovnik Captain and Merchant family. This Heritage Villa, lies only 100m from the main entrance of the walls and offers therefore numerous advantages.

Being just a few steps outside the walls offers you more privacy and quietness and in our case a nice garden with 4 lounge areas to get cozy, dine or suntan, surrounded by 2 m high stone walls for intimacy.

The garden offers some of the oldest Japanese Sago palm trees in the old town and is full of flowers, fruits and a view on the walls, the main entrance PILE and the sea. Within a 100m from your Villa you have the Hilton Hotel and few of the best Dubrovnik Restaurants, taxi station, bus station, car parking and a few really good bars. The house itself is like a museum and offers a blend of over 100years old renovated furniture and brand new 2meterby2m king-size beds. The house is fully equipped with modern and efficient air-condition and wi-fi, smart-TV, an even a 100 year old concert piano.

Dubrovnik is famous for many stairs, and for your convenience, this house lies immediately on the ground floor of the old town – so no long step tours are needed.

Even to swim in the sea only 300m away there is the little cozy bay (Šulić beach) where the locals swim or the bigger more commercial Banje Beach by the Eastern entrance of the old town.

The house is suitable for 1-5 couples or families max to 10 person.
