Wine Tasting Our sommelier and Restaurant manager Nenad organize a wine tasting for new Gradac and hotel guests – Tasting 7 different superb Croatian wines with cheese, Dalmatian ham and snacks.

A perfect short introduction for Croatian wines, and a nice starter or end for the dinner. You will try 3 white and 4 reds. All wines are selected premium quality wines. You will learn more about our different wine regions and see the great variety of Croatian Wines and why Croatia is one of the most unique wine countries in the world.   150kn

This is also our PEKA day – Peka is an old way of “Baking” the meat, fish or bread under an iron bell which goes in the fire. Peka is an authentic art of cooking on the Balkans which is over 1000years old. The flavors of the ingredients gets incredible as the bell is almost hermetical closed under the fire and glow. Peka is hard to find except if you are out in the country side in OLD TAVERNAS and have pre booked. We think this is a so authentic and special dish that we dedicate 2-3 days in our old Fire place for it. On our Peka day Monday we make peka Veal (Calf) and you must try it. Just make a reservation at latest until 16h the same day.

 

Also on Tuesday we make peka LAMB….. but for that you don’t need to reserve.
